I bought some from Catalina direct. They weren't very expensive. If I had some extras I would send them to you. That's really big of me, isn't it?

Go to sailnet.com... into the store... and search on 'slug'...

You'll see a variety of them.. all plastic ones (not recommended) cost 50 cents and the ones with stainless inserts cost a little over a dollar apiece.

There's no sales tax or shipping !

The shackles are separate, however.

You probably won't find the slugs any cheaper than at SailNet. Before ordering from them, check to see if they are in stock because when I ordered some last year I had to wait about a month because they were on backorder.

Marco,

West marine shows them @ .49 per slug for plastic and approximately $ 2.50/$300 per for stainless depending on size of the barrel. Take one of your old ones in for a match.

Sorry to hear about your joblessness, wish you the best.
