I have leaky windows on my C25 #812.

I have read most of the archived posts.

Two things surface:

Call Catalina Direct (Don't know who this is, but I'll let my fingers do the walking in the morning) and

Use the famed "Permatex".

Don't use the hard setting permatex use the soft stuff.

My windows on my 1980 C-25 were leaking every time it rained. I bought a gasket kit from Catalina Direct. This gasket is waht actually goes around the glass. I took all the windows out and cleaned all the old crud off. I reinstalled the windows with the n

There is a good article in the January issue of GOOD OLD BOAT about leaks. Some very good ideas about sealing deck fittings and in general a good magazine. Expensive though at 7$.
