Ain't that the truth, baby. It's crackin' here, too. Mostly sunny with light, puffy cotton balls. 80 degrees and 57% humidity. And, here we sit inside a controlled environment. Argh!

Tulsa is a great sailing area. I bought my Merit 25 there and used to race it on a lake a bit east of there, can't remember the name now. Here is a picture on that lake.

Here on the CT shore: Sunny; 70 degrees; light easterly at 10 kts; wispy, evenly-spaced feather clouds sweeping out from the band on the southern horizon... Guess who? Isabel!

SUSTAINED SOUTHERLY WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DIMINISH TO JUST BELOW ADVISORY CRITERIA AFTER 6 PM THIS EVENING. IT WILL REMAIN WINDY THIS EVENING, HOWEVER, WITH SOUTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH. A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST TO BE 31 TO 39 MPH OR GUSTS WILL RANGE BETWEEN 46 AND 57 MPH. WINDS OF THESE MAGNITUDES MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA PRECAUTIONS.
