I am preparing to get quotes for transporting Hoo's Here (C-25 Swing Keel Tall Rig) across the county but won't be able to get her up out of the water and up on to the trailer for a couple of weeks. Does anyone (maybe with boat parked nearby) know the approximate on trailer dimensions (Height, width, length) of a C-25 swinger on the "standard" Trail-Rite roller trailer set up (with mast resting on pulpits)?

A friend moved mine on a custom 3 axle 30 foot trailer a few months ago. I had twelve and one half feet from the ground to the mast which was one the pulpits. I have a fin keel, so you can knock off at least 2 feet of height. It was 8'4" wide, and the mast was 30 ' long, but I can't say how far the boat and mast stuck out behind the trailer ( about 8 ft I think).
OK, I'm confused here. The tall rig mast is 30' right? Our boats are 25' LOA right? Wouldn't there be at least 2 1/2' of overhang on each end? What am I not getting?
Hey! This goofy server is posting my message as of 10/16. I'm actually posting it on 10/17!
Don't know if this helps, but it gives an idea of fit when you know the boat specs. Boat is on a Trail-Rite trailer. Height was around 12' 6" (fin keel). Tall rig mast only only about a foot off stern rail and maybe a foot and a half off pulpit. If I remember correctly trailer width is equal to boat beam almost to the inch. I hauled it all the way from Tyler, TX to Albuquerque and then to El Paso and back to the lake with no problems. (over 1,250 miles).
I'm re-posting this since my original post got lost by the server time bug...

Yes, it will overhang a pretty good ways! When I stowed my mast for transport a few weeks back, I put the foot of the mast all the way forward into the crook of the bow pulpit. The mast stuck so far off the stern that I couldn't reach the Windex to remove it. The Windex did survive the 150 mile trip home, though.
