if any of you have some measurements or are slose enough to your boats tomeasure for me, i need:
length of foot of main sail.
height of first reef point from the boom.

Thanks!

P.S. for a standard rig with stock sails.

Hi Steve,

Here is a link to the old C-25 manual with the sail dimensions: Sail Plan Dimensions

The tables don't say anything about how high the reef points are ... maybe someone could measure those for you.

'Hope that helps ... good luck!

I don't think there is any specific height for the reef points, just so the bottom batten doesn't interfere with the reef.

i need these measurments for a line i have to buy to work with the arken reef system. it wants, height of reef + length of foot of main + 7 feet. i suppose it doesn't have top be exact right? more can't hurt. if i estimate and add a few feet i'm sure it would still work.

Have you noticed that you are supposed to sew a reef eye to the sail above the reef cringle? It is where one of the Harken blocks attaches. How are you going to do that?
