Look at the wardrobe cabinet across from the enclosed head. Under the table is a little piece of wood used to support the setee when extended into a big single berth.

You're right, Paul. When I looked at it, I thought it was a C-27, too. I checked the seller's listings, and guess what ... he has another boat listed on eBay for sale ... and it is a C-27. After studying both listings, I'm sure he got the photos mixed up.

You guys are Catalina Freaks.... That is why I lurk here. It is the best site on the net for real advice. I emailed the seller of the boat and let him know of the discrepancy. If anyone is looking for a cheap boat, at least they may get to see it.
On the 27 the head compartment is on the starboard side. It is enclosed with it's own door. That's why there isn't a bulkhead. I've seen some where the door opens and completely seals off the forward cabin from the saloon. Others use a curtain, like the 25.
