Now that looks like fun! I used to race boards (a Starfish) in my younger days with the Fort Smith Sailing Club though we weren't that caliber of racers it was always a blast and there were never any losers.
Thanks for the cool picture. I take it that's the start, with everyone poised to sheet in and head up at the gun.
I still have a Sunfish. It's been the most sailing fun per dollar I've had, and the least hassle. Any sailor who hasn't yet tried a Sunfish owes it to themselves to hop on one when they get the chance.

You can tell that the boats in the picture are close to luffing, with the first few guys worrying that they're going to be pushed beyond the pin... Fun stuff!
