This forum is for two designs that are each 25 ft but one is a fixed wing keel and the other is a center board boat that uses water as a ballast. The newest swing keel boats are 88-89 and around $13k, the newest center board boats are brand new and generally cheaper than used ones. $27k should get you one. My signature shows a swing keel.

I was under the impression that the swing keel was replaced as the shoal draft offering by the wing keel around '87 and because of several factors, the swings could be had for several thousand less than the wing. They are older and don't have as many of the later improvements, they are more plentiful, and they are at risk to keel trunk damage should a cable break.
Swing keels I think range from 5-9 k with a trailer adding 1.5 k or so.
Be sure to have a survey done with particular attention to the swing keel and its trunk.
