Has anyone tried to insulate and use the starboard lazzarette as an icebox? Seems it would be easey to build a temp box from the quarterberth and foam in 3-4 inches of insulation, insulate the lid and add a drain. This would still leave room in the berth
It would seem a shame to lose readily accessible (well, the top half, anyway) storage for your fenders, dock lines, etc. While I use the small starboard cockpit bin for binocs, radio and such, that space could be limited storage for a few cans of beverage
