My son was visiting at Christmas and had this great shot of a sailboat as it went under the Golden Gate Bridge. When I saw it I thought that the owner of the boat would love to have a copy. It may have just been a transient boat, but if any of you that sail the SF Bay have seen, or see this boat and have any information as to who the owner is or what marina it docks in I would appreciate it. I sure would like a picture like this of my boat.

Bring your boat up for the Nationals in Portland, OR this summer. I am arranging a professional photographer to shoot the event, plus take photos from a bridge straight down on our boats as we "parade" under. He is on board so far. I have one he took of Encore! two years ago under spinnaker that is a TREASURE! He ain't real cheap, but the photos are worth it! You can see some of his work by clicking on photos on the SailPortland website. Google can take you there....

I had the admrial convinced to go, but she quit her full time job and will be teaching part time at the local community college now, and they asked her to do a summer school class. Well maybe she'll let me take the elder (just turned 7) as crew and come up. I'll bring that up when she is in a favorable mood
