Where does the "97992" sail number come from? "Indiscipline"'s hull is number 398, and Catalina 25 sail numbers are supposed to be the same as the num number, I thought. Anyway, the photos are wonderful! I hope someone will get some pics of my new boat this year, on a good windy day. The only pictures I have of #1205 under sail are from Ganges Harbor on the 2001 San Juan's cruise, and since it was a cloudy day, the pictures are kind of washed out looking, and they were taken from too far away, so the image of the boat is too small to show much detail. San Diego looks like a great sailing venue, even in mid-winter!

I think you just need to get some whiteout.
97992 is a US Sailing registration number, granted to this boat, then named Jo Ann, when she raced in the offshore Newport - Ensenada race (placing 12th in class).
