I recently asked a question about replacing my outboard on a 1984 fin keel C-25. After shopping around a little bit I found a local dealer who will give me good deal on a Honda 8. Now my new questions, I am not looking forward to replacing my outboard bra

The Garlick motor mounts are way overbuilt. If it is the two arm variety with an uper hand grip it should be fine. I have a 1985 C25 with the Honda 8 and am using the Garlick. Its the old original but I rebuilt it with new teflon bushings. There were two

I have a Garelick bracket--I think it's the 71056--at least it looks just like that model in the West catalog. (Stamped stainless in box sections.) When I bought the boat, it was carrying a 1996 Honda 8 that is spec'd at 82 lbs. My observation is that
