No racing tips, but you can get rid of your double-post by using the garbage can icon on the header. (Only you can see it.)

Justin: Just last summer Terry Annis tried to get a one design fleet going in the Portland, OR area. I started doing some racing last summer, and have thought of moving the boat to PDX from Kalama. There's a chance we COULD get 5 C-25's if it's Oregon

Three factors should be considered in deciding whether or not a spinnaker will help you race successfully:

(1) How long is the downwind leg? If the course is set up with a short downwind leg, the slight benefit that you will gain by flyi

First, its Portland, Maine I'm afraid.

Second - the local 'beer can' races are not handicapped. There's really no way I can win unless I get opportunities to do some serious tactical tricks. I do know one guy with a cap

If you'll think back, I'm the one who made an offer on the "Encore!" before you decided not to sell it. I ended up finding a SK in Cottage Grove.

Hey, Loren, of course I remember you! And, yes, I wonder if I have another hole in my head! I think some racing would be great; I just picked up the race schedule, and I am thinking of moving Encore! to Portland for a few key months to be nearer the act
