They work well, but their brass edges are very sharp.

Frank,

Nice looking and more functional than the originals.

The rigging tape around the base of the turnbuckles is to cover cotter pins?

Maybe the photo has some distortion - the uppers look like they lean to beam?

I am trying 6' spreaders to get a diamond effect... more like the Hunter rig.

Frank do you have any pictures of the spreaders too? You put on all new riging too?

I must say it looks very nice, did you put colored balls or tape on the end of the lines?

Thanks, yes it is all new rigging except for the backstay. Is your question about the lines regarding keeping them straight? I am an old fashioned skipper, I don't make it easier, I just yell a lot.

. . . and this is bound to happen on a blustery day when the sheets are taut, you're at maximum hull speed, bearing down on a Sunfish that has right-of-way !
