My plastic interior lights are extremly nasty and I want to replace them. I have not yet been able to find the same cheap thing. Any ideas on where I can find some?

RV Supply catalogs? I think the original lights hatched out of a travel trailer.

I think Catalina Direct used to have them for around 7 bucks. I just replaced all of mine with nice halogen dome lights. The old ones were disintegrating when ever they were touched.

I picked up a couple pretty cheap at a RV center. They almost matched the originals.

Camping world has them cheap plus a choice of other 12v fixtures that would upgrade the plastic factory installed fixtures. I took the cheap route and bought new bulb sockets at Auto Zone, cleaned and rebuilt the factory fixtures that were bad. I also drilled a small hole in the bottom of the lense to allow any moisture entering the fixture to drain out. They work fine. www.campingworld.com

Not the same "cheap thing" but we replaced all the cabin lights with these --

We picked them up for 15 a piece on sale...I wish I could remember where. The mahogany matches the teak rather nicely too.

I found this at westmarine-

they aren't exact but are really similar to what was originally on our boat.

Duane,
Ooooh! those are pretty! I got the plain white ones from WM. They were 22 apiece. Of course, I saw them later in a little chandlery in Pt. Loma for less.

Just got two from Catalina Direct for $11, but they are REALLY low end. I'd suggest one of the RV sources above. Wish I could have found Wolff's bargain teak-framed models for $15, I'd replace them all.
Good luck.

Try sending an email to Pernell (address below)- he sells on ebay sometimes- bought 7 or 8 interior lights with wood base from him- good prices.

I just replaced with the Wolff ones as well, from West Marine. They look great, especially with the wood rings. Mine were $25 but everything seems more expensive in Maine.
