I have recently had some discussion with Jerry Mulvihill about his renewal dates. He joined the NA in June or July last year in time to get the August edition of Mainsheet. Since his forth issue would have been the May issue, he got a renewal notice a few weeks ago. He thought his year was more like 9 months.

Our subscriptions to Mainsheet, one of the benfits of joining the NA is four issues in length. The database had a field, "Last Issue" and that was used to trigger the renewal notices. LuAnn has added another field, "Renewal Date" which will be the field used to trigger future renewal notices.

Thought y'awl would want to know all this,
