<font size="2"> <font face="Comic Sans MS"> Thanks to Leon Sisson we, the C25/C250 National Assoc., have another feature article in the Mainsheet Magazine. We also have tech articles for both the C25 and the C250 thanks to Arlyn Stewart and Frank Hopper. Each has terrific details and photos. Clif, I’m sorry, again the editors placed your picture next to my copy. I didn’t even send the photo this time. I will try to correct it for the Aug. issue. For those of you who have not joined the association the Mainsheet is part of your dues and is published each quarter. It’s a great magazine and I urge you to join. I would like to hear from our members about their sails and adventures, my deadline for the next issue is the first of June so start writing. Thank you all. I received my May Mainsheet yesterday and it appears that the C25/250 organization is again very well represented. Leon's story from his singlehanded trip to the Bahama's last year is great and inspiring...(kudos, Leon! I wish I could have tagged along. )
A big WELL DONE to all those who contributed to this issue! Good job.
Congrats to Leon, Frank and Arlyn on a great group of articles in Mainsheet. Our association was well represented. Just got my copy today and have a hard time putting it down.
I'm glad you enjoyed the article about my singlehanded adventure to the Abacos Islands. I wish there had been space available to go into more detail about the trip, and publish additional photos.
I'd like to emphasize that the Abacos Islands are a "right sized" cruising adventure for a well prepared C-25 and small crew with a month or more to spare in the spring before hurricane season.
"Abaco" cat is now up to 9 lbs, and is doing fine. He enjoys going sailing with me frequently.
