I need to replace my low lead genoa track cars because the sheaves are worn out. The wear pattern on the 1" wide sheave is at a diagonal indicating that the genoa sheet is going through the car at an angle. My question is, would it be better to replace th

check with minney's yacht surplus. they had 1" bronze genoa slides with crome finish marked down from $24.95 to $5 each. check the web site minneysyachtsurplus.com

I don't have the part number, but I tried the more expensive Garhauer car only to discover that they chaffed my sheets because they didn't swivel. Maybe they've changed the design since.
