I have a Guest charger hooked up to my two batteries. Question is can it harm the charger or batteries if I run the radio or fans while it is charging?

No, you are just reducing the available charging current going to the batteries.

The radio and blower fans probably don't draw enough current to be noticeable to the charger. Anyway, it won't hurt the charger to have a few small 12 volt devices operating, light radios, lights, etc.
