I am looking for inexpensive storage for my Catalina 25 on its trailer in Maryland somewhere between Bethesda and Annapolis until next spring. Any thoughts?

A friend told me the volunteer fire company in Davidsonville has a storage yard where you can rent space. There are a couple of marinas in Mayo I know of that offer yard space for boats on trailers with umlimited boat ramp usage: Holiday Hill Marina and Casa Rio Marina. Don't know any prices though.
