Can anyone tell me how I know if I have a 110 Genoa on my 1995 C250 WB. I can't find the initial inventory for the boat. This appears to be the original sail up front and is going to have to be replaced this winter. THANX in advance
This ones easy Bear, does 10% of the foot (bottom) of the sail extend aft of the mast? That makes it a 110. 30% behind makes it a 130, 50 a 150, etc etc etc.
At the risk of sounding like a wise guy - in case you are not good with percentages - if your head sail, when fully unfurled, extends to the standing rigging, it is a 110.
Alan thanks that is gret info. I'm looking at a new genny this winter and am thinking of a 150. I had coaming winches installed about a year ago and have blocks on the stanchions in the cockpit. What other hardware will I need if any?
