Sounds like fun, but I can't make it. My wife is graduating from UNF that weekend! My Dad is flying down for it, and some of her family will be coming down, too. I might get some underway time during the week, but the weekend is booked.
What is a Mug Race
I've not seen it, but I heard the 1st place trophy is a big mug. Hence the Mug Race.
Supposedly, this is the longest river regatta in the world with hundreds of boats of all makes and models sailing from Palatka,FL to Orange Park, FL on the St. Johns River.

Yes I'll be there. I justed finished a race to Ferendina . The race was offshore, and than I took the ditch back. I had My Wife, two year old, six month old, and Mother-in-Law. IT WAS A LONG TRIP!!! There was no wind at the start, I had to use "Rudder Power". ( I know thats against the rules, but after trying for an hour to cross the starting line Oh Well:)
I was told that the Mug Race had a Cat-25 class last year(4 or more of the same class)
