Does anyone know, off hand, what the cutout size is for the ports in the head? Or just the size of the light would work.

Dan,
On our boat, a 1987 sail number 5680, the head windows are 10 inches by 4 and 1/4 opening. I would guess from that that the cut out is about 5 1/2 x 11 1/2. The catalog lists a Lewmar O window that fits a cut out about that size. Dave

Thanks Dave. I was looking at some bronze opening lights from a Choy Lee on ebay. They are probably too big.

You could probably go about two inches bigger vertically and more than that horizontally without getting into serious difficulties. Dave

Catalina used a lot of different sized port windows. My 79 is closer to 7 x 14. About the only way to tell is to measure the opening of your particular boat. Even better if you can take out the window and get a more precise measurement.
