I am taking the liberty of poaching this topic idea from a C-25 topic regarding half-hull models. <hr noshade size="1"> Here is a company that has a nice half-hull model of a C-250 WK with cabin. It's about 12 1/2 inches long. The makers can apparently put stub masts or full masts w/sails on if desired. They are rather pricey, but sure look nice.
I just purchased my 250 last month. For Christmas the admiral and crew gave me a half hull of our old boat, a Cal 20. In talking with my wife, this company's prices sound very competitive, and, if the photos are any indication, the quality looks pretty good.
I just got a quote from the guy on the nauticart site. For a hand-painted 1/2 inch = 1 foot scale cast resin model on a mahogany board: $108 USD (includes shipping), estimate 2 week turnaround. Secure ordering on website with major cards accepted.
If the paint job you want is different from the model on the website he can do custom colors as well.
