Looks and sounds like a pretty good deal. I sold a FK/SR 1984 C25 in June for $7,500. It was in great shape, but, other than a furler, did not have all the goodies on it you have on yours.

Hi Louis,
Nice looking boat.
Here is some unsolicoted advice, take it or leave it.
The folks here in the Catalina 25 association are quite astute when it comes to buying their boats. If you are trying to sell to our members you can expect that they will want to haul out your boat and inspect the bottom. Most people know that Clear Lake is quite polluted, and has high water temperatures, therefore lots of blistering and bottom growth on boats there. You may want to make sure your bottom is clean before you start showing your boat. Of course you probably already did that.

What is the hull number? Standard or Tall Rig? Does the boat have a trailer? Are the keel bolts carbon steel or stainless steel?
