Time to toss out the old Sail calendar and hang up the new. But before tossing it we took a few minutes to admire our favorite photos again. The kids even picked their favorites and plastered them on their bedroom walls.

My favorite (from March? ) shows a boat identified as a Johnson 26 clawing off a rocky shore under jib alone near Malo Sweden. It sure looks like a Catalina 25 to me. Anyone else see this photo? I can not find any reference to a Johnson 26 on the web. Could the caption be wrong, could it be a Jaguar?

Could it be a Palmer Johnson sailboat?

A tradition at my house is that dad (me ) always gets a sail calendar for Christmas which I take to work. I then go through the old calendar and clip out my favorite photos to cover the walls at work.

We have the same tradition at our house with a slight difference. I get the Seven Seas calendar and then decorate the office with some of the old photos.
