Ok Gang, My drawings are going to be CAD filed next week for the new boat. Still don't know but either 26 or 27 ft LOA, 20 ft Beam, 12 inch draft, 3000 lbs, folds for slip or trailer to 8ft 6in.. Will post more as I go along. Feel free to comment or question. Dave
Probably no, The structure is just too critical to do without a mold and vacuum bagging. For example the mounts for the akas in the hull have a designed load of 40,000 lbs. Also there is no definition of a lot of it except from the molds. A kit could be made of all the molded parts but there are considerations of bonding time there too. A couple of weeks from mold to assembly is what we would be looking for. While the resin is still green( slightly flexible). Dave
