Looks like a good deal. Look it over bow to stern, offer $4500 and get it sea trailed and surveyed.

Don't know why it would be a nightmare unless your surveyor (you will use a surveyor, right?) finds something unacceptable. I'd follow JimB's advice and go for it.

Too bad you can't sail her from Lake Lanier to Lake Allatoona.

Looks like she needs a little TLC & if the plumbing is original it'll need replacing, but at that price I'd go for it if the surveyor doesn't find anything too big. Good luck.

Looks good. I have looked at a few 30 over the years and this one looks pretty good (pictures can be deceptive). I would go for it. <b>Have it surveyed</b> and do your homework. The sites I posted in the earlier discussion would be a good start.
