Two issues I would consider (1) is the fan a hinge mount design? (2) what love making positions/techniques do you anticipate? <img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle>
There is more clearance in the aft section so that is a consideration then there is more room on the port side than the starboard because the door is further to starboard. So I would tend to go with port side on the upper forward bulkhead. Howerver I think you need to decide if you want to push air out of the hatch or pull it in and blow it aft?

Rick: Right solution to wrong problem... Many more positions are possible in an athwartship queen-sized bed in the saloon! <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>

As far as positions in the V-berth, I'm limited to around three. Just not as limber as I used to be. I'm sure more would be possible when I complete the double berth in the salon or main cabin. I am going to replace the sliding doors with a curtain set-up. We keep kicking the original door out of the track.
I was thinking about an addition for a saloon where I would serve draft beer and saspirilla. What do you think about installing draft beer spigot just below the cockpit mounted compass. The area is already ruined for a back rest.

<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id=quote>quote:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote> Rick - I think you really need 2 spigots. One for beer and one for wine. <hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" size=2 id=quote> 4--beer, red, white, and margaritas! <img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>

If I went with four drafts, probably one domestic and three imports red & white wine, margarita's and entertainment I would probably have to get a liquor licence. In order to cover all overhead I'd have to charge a cover charge. I don't think I would be able to get enough people on board to cover my costs. I think I'll move up to a 27 footer.
