Some pics from the project. Windows from Cruising Concepts. Cost $320 (ouch) but my old ones were cracked and one was completely in two pieces. Included was 4 windows, Roll of sealant, screws, drill bit w/depth set (allowed set depth of drill bit while drilling). Windows came pre-drilled with holes and beveled edges. Windows were thinner than original material. They sit "in" just a tad deeper than originals but not noticably. Also the sealant was not wide enough for window edge. Moved the rolled sealant to the outer edge of the window to seal the beveled edge and used black silicone on the inside window edge to "black out" the white window socket lip. Of course taped everything to help with cleanup.

Leaving tomorrow for spring splash. Gone for the next week. So no replies for a while.

What year did the C25 start having the opening for the windows like that? I'm refering to what looks like a channel for the window to sit in.

I'm guessing that's the year they stopped with the aluminum windows. What year was that?

The reason I'm asking is I'm fabricating new window's for my '79 which had the aluminum frames. Others may be interested and I want to know what years my fabricated windows will fit. What years had the same window configuration as my '79.

I believe the windows changed somewhere around the mid 80's.

1986 should be the year. A quick search of boattrader.com should give a pretty good selection of years to look at. Somewhere around HN 5100.
