Ben, I'm so sorry for you, your family, and friends. I offer you this old Irish tune, sung by the Irish Rovers and Schooner Fare, among others:

As I walked by the dockside one evening so rare
To view the still waters and take the salt air
I heard an old fisherman singing this song,
Oh take me away boys, me time is not long

(chorus): Lock me up in me oilskins and jumper
No more on the docks IÕll be seen
Just tell me old shipmates IÕm takin a trip mates
IÕll see you someday in FiddlerÕs Green

Oh in FiddlerÕs Green is a place IÕve heard tell
Where sailormen go if they donÕt go to hell
Where the weather is fair and the dolphins do play
And the cold coast of Greenland is far far away

(chorus)

Where the skies are all clear and there's never a gale
And the fish jump on board with a swish of their tails
Where you lie at your leisure - there's no work to do
And the skipper's below making tea for the crew

(chorus)

Oh and when you are docked and the long trip is through
ThereÕs pubs and thereÕs clubs and thereÕs lassies there too
Where the girls are all pretty and the beer is all free
And thereÕs bottles of rum growin off every tree

(chorus)

Oh I donÕt want a harp nor a halo, not me
Just give me a breeze and a good rollin sea
And IÕll play me auld squeezebox as we sail along
With the wind in the riggin to sing me this song

(chorus)

Brooke

So sorry for your loss. You have been in my family's prayers already. Seeing those pictures, who among do not have similar pictures and memories from the same style boat and good times? It makes one value, even more, the blessings we have each day with family and freinds.

As Frank Gloss was kind enough to offer, prehaps we as comrade in
arms, could and should set up a memorial fund for Ben's brother and his family. Please count me in for a contribution.

Someone here more adapt than I will have to set this wheel in motion though.

Ben please except my heart felt condolences.
