If you haven't seen this site yet, it's really worth a look... the 'projects' down at the bottom of the page have a lot of info/tips/advice.

One of the neatest tips I saw is to use a plastic freezer bag to mix epoxy... seal the bag, nip off a corner and you can squeeze the mixed epoxy out, dispensing it into holes, corners etc.

Be sure to check out the 'nesting' dinghy project too. This guy's quite a craftsman... and is sure staying busy.

Ray is a master "refitter". He's been on that thing for a fw years. If you post on the trailer sailor group he'll answer any question you have.
