Both the galley sink and the icebox drains dumped into the bilge of my 79. There was clearly never a to/through hull there. I have run them forward to the head intake through a ball-valve and will see how this works.
There should be a through-hull under the stove, into which both the galley sink and cooler drain. Re: the cooler, many of us find it so inadequate as a cooler that we have plugged the drain and use it for storage instead. A carry-on cooler is bigger, more convenient, and far more efficient than the uninsulated built-in.

If you have a vanity sink I would stop using the galley sink. That is assuming of course that your vanity sink is plumbed through the hull!
