After many years of thoroughly enjoying my Catalina 25, it's time to part. Another son going away to school so I need to save those slip fees. I've located a nice 22 swing keel with a trailer. It will still allow me to sail the Channel Islands and keep the boat at home. My question is, "is there a Catalina 22 forum similar to this that any of you know of?"

Catalina 22 association has nothing like this discussion board. I have ask questions there and never gotten an answer.

Ron, Please continue to participate here regardless of boat.
This is a great group of people who love sailing and each other.

And don't sweat the cost of college. I know it is scary, but you have survived worse financial concerns, and come out okay.
And your kids are worth infinitely more than tuition.
Have lotsa fun on your C22!! I think C22's are really great boats.

(I only wish I could have paid tuition for my son. In hindsight, I'd have sold my body parts to come up with the money. (See www.RETROzen.com )

Here is the link to the authoritive on cat 22's. The list is one of the most active on the net with over 150 c22 owners (like me - just sold mine) and growing!

Lots of good info here and great group of guys and girls.

This is an email list and was created because sailnet posted everyones email address for spam harvestors to get. Everyone moved to this new list within 2 months. Very active - signup and try it.

Tell him Turk sent you! No spam - safe list.
