I have a 1982 25 swing keel. Have been prepping for 4/30 launch. One of the sink drains had a leak so I started inversitgating the cause. The rubber washer immediately under the sink drain that is held in place by the large nut had dried and cracked. Well Catalina Direct sells the whole assembly for about $13 but the washer is available at Home Depot for $1.88. If anyone has the same problem you can find it in the plumbing section with the tub and shower hardware in a blister pack sku #037155884162.
That's good information to know - that may explain why I have some dripping under my sink. Thanks for the SKU number as well. Sure would be nice if we could come up with a web site that would catalogue all of the "hands-on" threads (and I'm not knocking the social contributions) using hot links or key words. I think the donated information make this site more and more valuable. Maybe we could find some sponsors for a web site like this?
