Ironically I got this message when I clicked on the 'Forums Problems Corrected' link.
qoute>>
error 'ASP 0113'

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeOut or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

And your saying that is the first time? I have gotten that often for over a year. I have always figured the server could not deal with concurrent posts and I was fighting another post process. Usually I refresh and it goes through.

I only get the "timed out" message when doing a search but I figure the little searcher bytes get tired and need to rest once in a while.

I get the same problem as Britinusa with the timeouts and then when I reload every topic shows as new. This makes it very difficult to follow a discussion. The member feedback forum still shows a date of 1/1/2000. I don't envy Spike at all.

I know I shouldn't laugh, but that's pretty funny that you got an error on the problems fixed thread.

The erroneous date on the member feedback forum is from a couple of days ago when it was that date. I think I will go post something in that forum and make that date go away.

Yes, the forum seems slow. I'll be working on that. But for now, if you get a timeout error, you will have to hit the refresh.

And as far a searching timeouts, you could try searching in just the forum that you think the results could be found.

I've not had any forum problems. But I still cannot upload my Mug Race pictures to my FTP space. So I finally got hold of Bellsouth and they said they were having problems. I thought it was something I did.
