I have a '75 C22 swing keel. None of the deck fittings, windows, hatches, etc leak. The gudgeons do not leak. the only thru hulls are the hoses for the keel cable, and cockpit drains, and they do not leak. The keel lock down bolt has been removed, and there are no leaks from the trunk. I can weather the hardest thunderstorm, and no water gets inside. Only when I sail the boat at a high degree of heel, putting the deck to hull joint into the water, do I get water into the bilge, and I think it's only on the port side. I will check with a hose when I get a chance, but for now, I can tolerate the problem. After this season, I want to attempt to repair the leak. Any advice on how to remove the rubrail and repair the problem, then reset the rubrail?

Did you check the cockpit drains? A loose hose or poorly bedded outlet fitting will exhibit the symptoms you described and the repair is much simpler.
