Shop around a bit more, like at CatalinaOwners.com. West Marine should also have them, and try to talk to someone when ordering to confirm what size fits a C25. S-M-L could vary for all kinds of boats. (then let us know which one and where you got it!) Thanks.
If you have a stock main, why don't you try Catalina Direct? They know exactly what size you need. I just got a new full batten main, and they wouldn't commit to whether or not it would fit. It seems the full battens make the sail fuller when flaked. I'm going to install lazy jacks first, and then the sailmaker in my club will make me a new cover to fit and will charge me about 220.
I got a new mainsail cover from Catalina Direct when I got my new Ullman mainsail a couple of years ago. It fits fine. I've got the full batten, loose foot main.
I have one from Catalina direct and I'm very impressed with the fit. Its also very easy to get on and off, no zippers! I have a full batten main and it fits perfect.
