I know someone who will do a rating for me but I need the form. Where can I find a form?
Also , I am still unable to get the manuals and brocheres,( maybe because I can't spell!)

As I understand PHRF, it is administered by a local governing body and could vary from area to area. For more information about PHRF, check out the following links.
