I've owned Indiscipline III since March 23, 2003. 2 years + 3 months. I counted up my log last night and now have 283 days at sea. I figure to have logged about 4000 miles. 99.99% solo.

77 days to go until I qualify for that magic "sailing endorsement" added to my USCG 50 Ton Masters.

Should make that by end of September. 77 days sailing in the next 90? Think I can get it done?

Ah, to listen to the burblings of these rank beginners. Reminds me of our years gaining experience...hitting rocks, docks, wife falling overboard (twice). Of course, it helps to know all the above happened in the time we've owned Illusion...the past three years! Good Luck!
