Yes, it is a very nice bracket. I installed one this spring and can recommend them with these caveats: It has only a 9.5" drop and the bracket must be mounted on a spacer as it will not come full up on boats that have a high transom. Plus, the springs are very strong. I have an old 10 hp Honda - ~100 lbs and I almost can't get it lowered. Maybe after a year or so the springs will relax a little ;-)
