Dinette layout, poptop with enclosure
Honda 8 hp 4 stroke New Oct 2004 Very light use Approx 20-30 hrs professionally maintained.
Main sail Approx 10-15 yrs old repaired at professional loft 2005. Spare main age unknown
110 (fair), 150 (very good) genoas plus storm jib
New jabsco head, tank and plumbing 2004
New Lowrance color chartplotter with nauticpath chip of entire US 2005
Bottom painted spring 06
All exterior teak removed and refinished 2006
Other equip- Origo stove, 2 batteries, lines, fenders, life vests, shore power and cord, and more

Overall condition is good, sails could use replaced, sailed along Maine coast and has performed very well.
Selling due to lack of time.

A very good buy! Heck, the engine alone is worth almost half of that! The chartplotter and electronic charts are another good chunk.
