Due to new priorities, and a baby on the way.....

1989 Catalina 25, standard rig, fin keel, for sale. Dry seaworthy boat in great condition.

Catalina Mainsail with battens. 155% Genoa, on CDI roller furling with upgraded drum, reconditioned (new UV strip) 2005. Lewmar self-tailing winches, with all lines led aft for single-handling from cockpit.

Yamaha 6hp outboard, 1989 long shaft, well maintained and in excellent condition. Presently located at the City of East Chicago Marina, in winter storage. Storage until April, and spring launch are already paid for.

Freshwater boat for entire lifespan, sailed exclusively on Great Lakes. Bottom paint renewed in 2005.

Maroon trim on hull, with teak rails and hatchway covers. Maroon cockpit cushions and interior. Includes electronics (dual batteries, Standard VHF, navigation lights), and safety equipment (life preservers, two danforth anchors w/line, bumpers, swim ladder, boat hook, winch handles, bilge pump and handle, compass, and extinguisher). Marine head (new in 2005) and holding tank.

Asking $8200

Please contact me at epack@comcast.net, or 219.613.3407 with any questions. Pictures available for email.

I'll repeat myself... This redesigned version of the C-25 is one of the best 25' coastal cruisers ever built by anyone, but became too costly to build for its market back then. If she's in good condition, this is a great buy!
