Hello all, we are thinking about replacing the rear berth fabric, I have sample fabric from Catalina (better quatilty then the orginal), they charge $400.00 for new skins. We think that is fair, I am sure a local canvas shop would charge nearly twice that. However we would also like a slightly denser foam. Does anybody know where to purchase slightly denser foam (Marine). I still would like to slip the catalina skins on to the same thickness but denser core.

I'm not exactly answering your question but I had the same desire a couple years back. I ended up replacing those cushions with a Full size memory foam (6") mattress. It ended up fitting perfect while leaving a bit of room on the sides for bags/purses etc. I ended up only paying $200 and we just take fresh sheets out each weekend. I love it!
