Pretty open-ended question but I see where you've ruled out the plug. An engine needs fuel, spark and air. Make sure the SP is firing. Take it out and connect the plug wire. With the threaded part touching a metal part on the engine, pull the starter and watch for spark. Air is easy, just make sure the intake is not clogged and the butterfly operates properly. If those look good, then it must be fuel. Make sure the gas is fresh and you haven't flooded it. If you know you haven't flooded it, then you may have a clogged jet. Sometimes, putting a couple of drops of gas directly in the intake will make it start enough to clear the jet. Otherwise, you may need to remove the carb and clean it. Good Luck!!
