Some great ideas, tips and techniques are found in the restoration portion of this site. It's for a C27... but almost all of it applies to our boats as well.

The Vancouver Island cruise page is also very nicely done. (thanks to cruisenews.net for listing this site.)

Some interesting ideas:

running new mast wiring up the hollow wooden compression post

hybrid sanitation system, a regular marine head plumbed to a removable holding tank.

Electrical panel.. really nice.

Simple curtain set up

Sliding hatch beef-up... and using candle wax for long-term lube.

what a great job. It reminds me of a site I found where a guy bought an old run-about and totally rebuilt it.

Such a great inspiration!!! Time and money is all you need.
