I have tried and tried to log on to the "Members Only" area. Unsuccessful each time. The site was having problems over the weekend so I assumed that the site wasn't responding. Today the site seems to be better. Am I doing something incorrectly? I've entered my user name and password from the association "Welcome" letter as well as my password that I use to log on to the site itself. Cookies on/off - doesn't matter. I've even tried logging out from the site first. My check did clear, didn't it?

Did you receive an answer? I just tried the Members Only site and got in with no problem. It is the user name and password from the Welcome letter, and not your user name and password for the forum. I'd suggest trying again, since the website is being prepared for relocation and a design overhaul. Let us know if you continue to have trouble.

No, I didn't receive an answer. You are the first to reply.

I can't believe I didn't get it! I REALLY tried and tried using MY user name from the forum and the password from the letter and every combination I could think of. I won't say the user name from the letter here, but it is a bit ambiguous, to me anyway, even after reading the letter again (I've always taken things too literally).

Okay-I've been using the wrong username and password and I can't find my letter.No way to retrieve that info on the login page,any suggestions? Thanks,Craig

Normally, the secretary would handle this request, however since its the holidays and I'm not sure when someone will be logging to see your message anytime soon I am taking care of this. I've verified your membership have emailed you the information needed to get to the members area

I forgot the members only log on password, so I also need the log on info. I still have the welcome letter from a few years ago, but there isn't any log on info.on it. Could someone please send me the info.
