EGADS <img src=icon_smile_shock.gif border=0 align=middle> !

It guess it will come as no shock to many of you that there's a 500 piece minimum order for the original Catalina logo. That's a wee-bit more (about 490) than those who have expressed an intertest. There's also a 2 year shelf-life on the backing adhesive - so I'd have to move these in in a timely fashion. Maybe I'll have to sell them in pairs.

I've visited some other Catalina boards and have found that you have to be a member to visit the discussion forum. I've e-mailed the editor of MainSheet to get his opinion on this subject.

How much is your printer friend asking for the entire run and how would they break down to cost per set? There are a lot of Catalina owners around PHX who might be interested. I have the newer logo too, but have yet to install them. ...I used a straight edge blade to remove the old broken ones, then wiped the area with acetone. Clean as a whistle!

By the time he covers his overhead they would be $12.50 each plus $5.00 for packaging and shipping. Again, as the adhesive backing only has a two year shelf life they will need to be sold on a timely basis - so we may only sell them in pairs.
This price is for the script lettering only. We are considering adding the block numerals for each boat length that used the original logo. The end user could then just snap off the appropriate length numerals.
Of course I could name a few individuals on this forum who will probably try to pass off their 25s as 27s or even 30s <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> !
