Very nice!! ...I really like the Tech Tip setup...Kudos to all!!!

This is probably the same "scrolling" issue that has been mentioned previously, but does everyone have about a 3" left hand margin on the side of the forum page?

It appears that the slide bar position varies a good bit depending on which page and even which screen within the forum that is viewed. My earlier playing with the top image adjustment doesn't solve the issue for example when choosing the 250 forum compared to the general forum.

When viewing the 250 forum page, the only way I could eliminate the side bar was to delete the table to the left of the forum and reduce the upper graphic. So... it may be that the style sheet menu if it were above the forum as suggested earlier by someone might solve the problem.

I agree that changing computer graphics to more than 800 isn't a great option for ageing eyes even with prescription computer glasses and a 19" monitor.

Duane,

Looks great! Thanks for the effort. I sent you an email yesterday about a problem I noticed after the change. Did you receive it?

The site is great - very quick to come up and go between screens. I like the Technical Tips section - Someone had their thinking cap on that one. Interesting setup.

The new site looks good.
I noticed on the Ships Store page.
Click on the C250 icon it takes to the Technical Tips page.
Click on the ShipsStore(non-paypal) works correctly.

Update: The Ship Store page is working correctly.
Thanks to Duane

This thing is FAST! Super job.

Regarding that nice sketch on the Tech Tips page: Did that start out as two drawings, with one laid over the other? I've been looking for a clean C-25 profile drawing, but I need one without the bird's-eye view superimposed. Any thoughts?

Nope, that was cut right out of the brochure and touched up. There is a clean on in the members section. Currently there isn't anything proprietary in there so its not locked.

have a look

Found a couple bugs

In the 250 Tech section the "Boat Menu", the head and galley are reversed. The head should be on the port and galley to starboard.

Also under "Hull Tips" the link to Miracle Max don't work anymore.

What's the chances of adding a speil check to the forum?

Great Job everyone and the site flies.

The blue menu at top left is pushing the pages off to the right, this is the reason the form is only just fiting in a 1024 pixel wide screen. Perhaps drop the form down to below the meuu in a new table row will do the trick.

Great graphics, and good looking Logo. But the speed is the biggest plus. Thanks to everyone that got the job done.

Transitioning a web presence of this complexity is no easy task. I have to add my kudos to those doing all the work. To have completed it in the short time and without any glitches of consequence is more than amazing. You all deserve a standing round of applause.

Thank you.

okay - updates

Still working on the logo/css which is pushing the forum out causing all you old timers with windows 95 and lower resolution to need a scroll bar.

Ships store logos now link to the same place as the text....

Thanks for all the praise, I'm passing it along. Like I said before, I'm just the gofer on this one, although I learned a lot about html, asp, xml and the like.

Thats a special boat. they built it for a left hand sailor. - I'll look into fixing it, but it probably isn't worth it.

I will check on that link

The forum is 3rd party - when they add one, we can consider updating.
