I was just curious what everyone is paying for slip fees. I pay $155/month, and that includes NOTHING. Just a 10x25 slip (which is really a 10x18 slip) and shore power. I have to motor over to another marina to their pumping station. $155/month on Lake Travis is pretty cheap, and it's a nice marina. I could have stayed at Yacht Harbor, but that would have been $220/month (and about 45 minutes to get there versus 15 to my current marina).
My marina is part of the regional Metropark system.
$48.00 per week, from May 1st to October 31st.
Free 30A electric and water.
$5.00 self service pumpouts.
In addition to the well maintained marina facilities, the park contains a golf course, wave pool, nature museum. It also has events throughout the summer, such as fireworks, colonial days, kite flying contests, a circus, wildlife seminars,...
Wash DC Potomac river area - 10 minutes from work. I just renewed slip fees. I am in a 32 ft slip but they just changed pricing scheme and charging me closer to the size of the boat pricing. Our area is pretty expensive - $2130/yr. If electric desired, it's $20/mo extra or $3/day. Well maintained marina with floating docks/slips. Security gates for access to each dock - 260 boats of which approx 20% are sailboats. Marina has no travel lift but boats can remain in water all year. They put flow movers on during the coldest months.
I am on Lake Norman just a few miles north of the Charlotte, NC city limit. I am now at the Lake Norman Sailing Club and it is 1000.00 per year. Includes power and water. We have a boat ramp but no haul out services for the sailors. There is a nice clubhouse (so to speak, more of a nice rustic large cabin on the water) that has very clean restrrom and showers. There is also a nice living room area with television, microwave and drink machines. The best part of all is the view and there are two large decks and one boardwalk around the sea-wall that have weber grills for cooking out. There are no hours of operation, you can come and go inside the marina and cabin 24 hours a day. By far the best deal on my lake. Most other marinas are 1950.00-3000.00 per year and you have to bother with all of the power boats and traffic from the fork-lifts bringing boats out of the dry docks. The sailing club is 120 slips dedicated for sailors.
880 for a 42 foot dock, water and electric included. You have to also be a member of the yacht club which is initiation plus dues. Winter storage is 440.
Wind Dancer is berthed at the Berkeley Marina, which is owned by the City of Berkeley. The slip is 29' so I pay $182/mo. I haven't checked around too much since most marinas are full, but I think this is one of the lower slip fees on this part of SF Bay. The fees at the Oyster Cove marina, where the PO had her, are (or were) $220/mo.
I'm on Sandusky Bay on Lake Erie. I move to Sandusky Harbor Marina last year. It is 1195.00 for the 6 month season that include water and electric and pump out. They have a club house, pool.showers and a slip holders party every year. The staff keep the place neat and clean. The last place I was at was Battery Park Marina and it cost 1695.oo and when my boat was vandalized the said soory about your luck so I said sorry about yours and moved.
I pay $895.00 per season for a slip in a sailboat-only marina, which is really nice. It always gives me a wonderful feeling when I walk from the car to the docks and see 130+ sailboats in their slips.
Anyway, we don't get water, electric or anything like that. No pump out either, but we can motor over to the state marina and pay a kid $5.00 to do the pump out or you can do it yourself for free. I always pay the kid and tip generously. Heck, it's a nasty job and they always have a good attitude.
We do have nice clean, private restrooms and showers. I just wish our little reservoir were bigger. It's only (roughly) 1 mile wide by 5 miles long. I'm not really complaining though, just continuing to look forward to when I'll be someplace I can sail without having to tack or jibe every few minutes.
If your marina has a web site, info like this for Brisbane Marina on SF Bay should be available.

The Brisbane Marina consists of all concrete docks and breakwater. Fairways are 2 times wider than the longest slip. Berths are dredged to 8’, fairways are dredged to 10’ and the main fairway is dredged to 12’. The main channel leading into our marina is 22’.
I rent a 30' condo slip from an individual owner for $100 per month. Other owners rent for as low as $75 per month. Includes water, but you have to make your own deal with the electric utility. Security gate, but someone in a dinghy could get in easily.
Nicely maintained, but no full time staff.
Yachts Landing in St. Helens, Oregon.
Marina nearby is $124 per month. I would rather be over there, because individual slips rather than shared double slips where I am now, but they don't have any that are parallel to the 2 - 3 knot current.
San Diego Mission Bay - $300 / month includes power, water and bottom cleaning. This is at the cheapest place in San Diego. Top notch resort marinas in San Diego Bay consider $1500/month for a 25 foot slip a bargin.
Just got my renewal from Aqualand (which by the way touts themself as being the largest marina in the USA) They were bought out last year by Flagship Marinas, who told its renters in a letter several months ago that they see "no changes in the near future", well... that didn't last long! They raised my slip rent by $150. Now paying $1455 for a double slip with no power or water other than what's beneath the boat.
I also own two slips in NC on the Cape Fear River that I rent out, one for $150 and the other $175 no water or elect.
I'm on Lake Travis too. I'm paying $125/month, which includes electricity and lake water :) The marina has just been bought by a large outfit that's adding a restaurant and redoing all of the slips. They actually lowered my rate from $165 to $125 when I renewed the first time.
I'M on the Northwest finger of the Great Sacandaga Lake in upstate N.Y. $1060 from 6 May till Oct 1 or until the water level drops to 758 feet. Includes water, 30a power, two CLEAN sani-johns, no pumpout.
$2400 per year, 8 months wet 4 months dry, including lifts in and out(with power wash down)preparatory to winter storage. A1 service available. Pool with showers and heads, restaurant and catering hall, including welcome aboard bash (free eats and drinks). And the nicest most friendly administration of any facility I've ever been to. Located on Mud creek 400 yards from Great South Bay, Long Island, New York.
I have a very reasonable deal at a county park on Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin--$460 for the season, electric included, and there's a shower facility in the park. Haul in/out and winter storage not included, and the slips are near a public boat ramp with no security fence.
I'm down in Port Isabel, Texas where I'm managing the construction of a drilling rig. We are living in our 5th wheel and have a boat slip 10 feet from the RV. We pay $40/month with water and electricity. A real good deal.

Tomahawk Marina here on the Columbia River in Portland is a pretty nice facility with restrooms, showers, security, etc. Some of you remember it as the home of the 2004 Nationals which had 22 C25s and 250s entered.
A month to month 28' slip is normally just over 151 per month, plus electricity.
However, Fleet 94 just negotiated a deal with the marina for a fleet rate. They are putting us together in one area and we are paying $128 per month with a 6 month lease. Most of us are on trailers during the winter anyway, so this is a decent deal.
We HOPE to have the 15 requisite boats soon. This speaks to the power of numbers and the possibility of negotiating with marinas for those of you with a number of boats in one spot.....

I am at Cedar Creek Lake near Dallas, Texas in Marimac Marina. No public facilities, slip renters only. I pay $155.00 per month which gets me a 25 foot slip, electricity and lake water. I pay on an annuity due basis (each year i write a check in January for the full upcoming year) and get a 10% discount.
